[6 Week Test Drive FAQ]
I have been getting a lot of questions the past few days about the details of our 6-week test drive.
Thought I would take a moment and answer as many as could for you!
What is the fee of the 6-Week Test Drive?
The fee is either a 1 time payment of $399.97 or 2 payments of $199.99 each.
Can a current member participate in the 6-Week Test Drive?
No. This test drive is meant for friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc.. We know many of our members have people close to them that they would like to try us out. We are also aware that we are on the upper end of the fitness spectrum. As such we thought this would be a great short(er) term commitment both in time and money to have your friends and family come try us out.
When do I need to register by for the 6-Week Test Drive?
We are offering this Test Drive special between today and June 25th. You may start anytime during this period and your 6 weeks will begin then. After Sunday June 25th we will not be making this offer again until the fall.
Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for anyone who wants to learn. No experience is required and even if you have a prior injury history we can help you out. Some clients want to get stronger and others want to lose 10bs.
What if my schedule changes weekly?
No big deal. Lots of our clients have variable schedules. There are no set days or times to show up; we work by appointment. Between the 4 of us here at Stowe Training we offer 100+ hours of coverage 7 days per week.
What is the nutrition plan like?
We believe in healthy habits. For instance, a vegetarian is never tempted to eat a cheeseburger. Every 2 weeks we will introduce a new habit, or rule if you will. These rules/habits will help set you up for success no matter the situation.
What are the classes like?
Would you believe these are NOT classes? More like small groups of great friends working out together. While there may be 1 or 2 other people in the studio with you and your trainer during your workout time you will have an INDIVIDUALIZED program based off your prior history and goals.
Is your gym like crossfit?
No. Nothing wrong with crossfit if that is your jam; go jam it out over there ;/) We believe in structured programs instead of variety for variety sake. This structure allows us to consistently and purposely help our clients get from where they are to where they want to be.
What if I have a business trip or vacation planned?
No problem. Most of our clients travel during this time period so totally understood. We can either do an extra work out before and after your trip or simply extend the 6 weeks by 1 or 2 weeks. Whatever works best for you is what we will do.
